As the days shorten and we head into the winter months it is common to feel a change in mood and energy.  Even those who do not suffer from serious Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) may want to try some things to feel better in winter months. Make sure to get some natural light each day be spending at least a little time outdoors, preferably in the morning. Brighten your home enviroment with good lighting.  Stay physically active and practice good sleep habits. Stay socially connected and eat a healthy diet.
